How to reach Pacy: where to send corrections, tips and questions, and who publishes and runs the site.
One address reaches the Pacy team: [email protected]. A person reads every message. Whether you have spotted a wrong score, want to question a prediction or have a story for us, this is where it goes.
Report a wrong score
Tell us the match and what is wrong. Confirmed errors are fixed and marked as corrected on the match.
Question an article
A factual mistake, a missing credit or a misleading line. Corrections are added with a dated note.
Data problems
A missing fixture, a team shown twice, a wrong kick-off time or a page that will not load.
Rights and permissions
Using Pacy's writing, or material of yours you believe we used without permission.
What happens after you write
- A person reads it. Messages are not handled by an autoresponder. Someone on the team reads each one.
- We check it. For a correction, we check the claim against our data and our sources before changing anything.
- We fix it in the open. A confirmed error is corrected as soon as it is confirmed, and marked as corrected, not quietly changed.
- We reply. If you asked a question or left an address to reply to, you hear back from a person.
Help us fix it faster
Include the link to the page, what it says, and what you believe is correct. If you have a source for the right figure, include it. That is usually all we need to act on a correction.
What we cannot help with
Pacy does not give betting advice, and we cannot change a prediction because someone disagrees with it. Predictions come from our model and are graded against the result. How that works is in the data methodology.
Who you are writing to
Pacy is a small, independent team. We are not a company with a press office, and we do not pretend to be one. Every message sent to the address above is read by someone who works on the site.
